REVORA FZE ("REVORA", "we", "us", "our") is a creative media agency registered in the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park Free Zone (SRTIP), UAE, License No. 9658. Our registered address is Block B-B48-148, SRTIP, Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, UAE. REVORA is owned and operated by Saif Hani Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim.

We operate the website at revora.ae, including public-facing forms (application forms, contact form, media consent form, newsletter signup), a blog, and a secure client portal for project management, contract signing, and payment tracking.

We provide photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, social media management, copywriting, event coverage, brand identity, and content production services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data through the following channels:

Contact Form

Name, email address, phone number, and your message.

Freelancer Application

Name, email address, phone number, location, professional category, experience level, rate expectations, portfolio links, social media handles, availability, languages spoken, and a short bio.

Sales Representative Application

Name, email address, phone number, location, sales experience, industry background, availability, and motivation statement.

Influencer Application

Name, email address, phone number, social media handles and follower counts, content niche, location, and collaboration preferences.

Model Application

Name, email address, phone number, physical attributes, portfolio images, experience, and availability.

Media Consent Form (/consent)

Name, email address, phone number, company name, digital signature (stored as an image), and the event you are consenting for.

Newsletter Signup

Email address only.

Client Portal (authenticated users)

Project data including quotes, contracts, signed documents, payment receipts, payment milestone records, online acceptance signatures (name, timestamp, IP address), change requests, deliverables, audit log entries, and project progress data.

Automatic Data (Analytics & Cookies)

When you visit our website, we may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location — only if you consent via our cookie banner.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form.
  • To record media usage consent for events we produce or cover.
  • To review freelancer, sales representative, influencer, and model applications.
  • To manage client projects: generating quotes, drafting and signing contracts, tracking payment milestones, delivering services, and managing change requests.

  • To send transactional notifications related to your project and newsletter content you have subscribed to.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase (Database & Auth)

All application data, client records, and user accounts are stored in Supabase Postgres (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai). Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified.

Vercel (Hosting)

Our website is hosted on Vercel, a US-based platform. Vercel is SOC 2 Type II certified.

Google Analytics 4 & Microsoft Clarity

Used for anonymous analytics and session recordings — only activated if you accept analytics cookies.

Cloudflare

Our DNS and security layer. Processes request metadata for DDoS protection and performance.

Resend

Transactional emails (contract notifications, payment confirmations, newsletters).

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

  • Supabase Postgres & Storage: AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India).
  • Vercel CDN: Globally distributed edge network (US-based).
  • Cloudflare: Globally distributed edge network.
  • Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity: United States (only if you consent).
  • Resend: United States.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact form enquiries: retained for 12 months.
  • Application profiles: retained for up to 2 years.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Media consent records: retained for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Contract and deal records: retained for a minimum of 5 years (UAE commercial law).
  • Audit logs: retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Object to processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
