Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using revora.ae, submitting any form on this website, logging into the REVORA client or staff portal, or engaging REVORA FZE ("REVORA", "we", "us", "our") for any service, you ("you", "your", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, portal, or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REVORA FZE, a company registered in the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park Free Zone (SRTIP), UAE, License No. 9658, with its registered address at Block B-B48-148, SRTIP, Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, UAE.

2. Description of Services

REVORA is a creative media agency platform that provides the following services, including but not limited to:

• Photography (commercial, event, product, portrait)
• Videography and cinematic brand film production
• Video editing and post-production
• Graphic design and visual identity development
• Social media management and content strategy
• Copywriting and content creation
• Event coverage and documentation
• Brand identity design and development
• Content production and creative direction

All services are subject to a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) confirming scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.

3. User Accounts & Portal Access

• Client Portal: Allows clients to view project documents, track payment milestones, upload payment receipts, monitor project progress, review deliverables, and submit change requests.
• Staff Portal: Allows authorised REVORA staff to manage leads, clients, projects, approvals, and commissions.
• Access credentials are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party.
• You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
• Portal access may be suspended or revoked if payment obligations are not met or if these Terms are breached.

4. Application Submissions

Submitting an application does not constitute an offer of employment or a contractual obligation on the part of REVORA. Applications are reviewed at our discretion. All information submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership: The REVORA website, client portal, all software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of REVORA FZE.

Creative Deliverables: All creative work produced by REVORA remains the intellectual property of REVORA until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the final deliverables for the purposes agreed in the project brief.

6. Media Consent

By submitting the Media Consent Form at revora.ae/consent, you grant REVORA and its clients a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute images and/or video footage in which you appear, for the purposes stated at the time of the event.

7. Payment Terms

• All payments are made via bank transfer. REVORA does not process online card payments.
• All prices are quoted and invoiced in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated in writing.
• A deposit is typically required before work begins; the balance is due upon delivery or according to the milestone schedule.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the project agreement.

8. Freelancer & Contractor Terms

Freelancers and contractors engaged by REVORA operate as independent contractors, not employees.

• Freelancers are responsible for their own taxes, visa status, insurance, and professional equipment unless otherwise agreed.
• Freelancers must not represent themselves as employees or agents of REVORA to third parties.
• Confidentiality obligations apply to all project work and client information accessed through REVORA.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our website, portal, or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or portal feature.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or spiders to extract content from our website or portal.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any material designed to damage or compromise our systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, REVORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, website, or client portal.

Our total liability in any matter arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REVORA FZE, its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, portal, or services, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable within the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park Free Zone (SRTIP).

Any disputes shall first be referred to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website, portal, or services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website, portal, or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Data Processing

In providing the client portal and managing project workflows, REVORA processes data using Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. All processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
