Sales Commission Policy

1. Commission Rate
Sales Representatives of REVORA FZE ("REVORA", "the Company") earn a flat commission of fifteen percent (15%) of the monthly contract value for every active client they manage. There are no tiers, no time limits, and no differentiated rates.
Rate: 15% of monthly contract value
Duration: As long as the client remains active
Basis: Monthly recurring contract value, exclusive of VAT and one-time fees
2. Eligibility
Commission is payable for as long as the client is active and the Sales Representative remains the primary point of contact responsible for managing the client relationship, including communication, service coordination, and addressing client requests or concerns.
3. Payment
Commissions are calculated monthly based on confirmed payments and paid together with the Sales Representative's regular compensation cycle.
Calculation: Monthly, based on confirmed client payments
Payout: Included with regular compensation
4. Termination
Commission entitlement ceases when any of the following occur:
- The client churns or terminates their agreement with the Company.
- The Sales Representative is reassigned and is no longer the primary contact for the client.
- The Sales Representative's employment or engagement with the Company is terminated, unless a separate written arrangement provides otherwise.
5. General Conditions
- The Company reserves the right to amend this policy with reasonable notice. Any amendments will apply to new client agreements made after the effective date of the amendment.
- Commission disputes must be raised in writing within thirty (30) days of the relevant payment date.
