What is REVORA? +

REVORA FZE is a creative media agency based in Sharjah, UAE. We provide content production, social media management, and creative services through our digital platform.

How do I contact support? +

Email hello@revora.ae or use the Contact tab in your dashboard. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

Accounts & Access

How do I log in? +

All team members sign in at revora.ae/login with email/password or Google Sign-In. The system automatically detects your role and directs you to the right dashboard.

I can't access my dashboard. What should I do? +

Make sure you are using the correct login method for your role. If issues persist, contact your sales representative or email hello@revora.ae.

Can I change my password? +

Internal users (Sales, Freelancers) can request a password reset through their admin. Client accounts use Google authentication.

Quotes & Deals

What is a quote? +

A quote is a pricing proposal sent to a client. It includes service items, add-ons, discount, and payment terms.

What payment plans are available? +

Full Payment (100% upfront), 50/50 Split (two equal payments), 40/30/30 Split (three payments), Monthly Retainer, and Custom plans.

How long is a quote valid? +

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date sent. After that, they expire automatically.

Payments

How do I make a payment? +

We accept bank transfers. Upload your payment receipt through the Payments tab in your dashboard, and our team will verify it.

What happens after I upload payment proof? +

Our Payment Verification team reviews your submission. You will receive a notification once confirmed.

What currencies do you accept? +

Our primary currency is AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Other currencies may be arranged with your sales representative.

Documents

What is online acceptance? +

Instead of physically signing contracts, you can accept them digitally by entering your full legal name. This has the same legal standing.

Can I download my contracts? +

Yes. Visit the Documents tab in your dashboard to view and download your NDA, MSA, and SOW as PDFs.

What is an NDA, MSA, and SOW? +

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) protects confidential information. MSA (Master Service Agreement) outlines the overall terms. SOW (Statement of Work) details the specific project deliverables and timeline.
