1. Getting Started

Follow these steps to access your client portal for the first time:

  1. Navigate to the portal: Go to revora.ae and click "Client Login".
  2. Sign in with Google: Use the same Google account (email address) that your sales representative used when setting up your account. If unsure, contact your sales rep or email hello@revora.ae.
  3. Land on your dashboard: After signing in, you will be taken to your Client Dashboard automatically. No additional setup is required.

Tip

Bookmark revora.ae/login for quick access. Your session will remain active until you sign out.

2. Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard is the central hub for managing your projects with REVORA. It is divided into the following tabs:

My Projects
Billing
Documents
Payments
Progress
Request Upgrade
Contact

3. My Projects

The My Projects tab shows all of your active and past projects (deals) with REVORA. Each project card displays the project name, status badge, and total contract value.

Common status badges:

Pending Approval Active Completed On Hold

4. Documents

The Documents tab gives you access to all contract documents. There are three types:

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

Protects confidential information shared between you and REVORA during the project.

MSA (Master Service Agreement)

The overarching contract covering terms of the working relationship, liability, intellectual property, and governing law.

SOW (Statement of Work)

Defines the specific deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones for your project.

Accepting Documents Online

  1. Open the document you need to accept.
  2. Review the contents carefully.
  3. At the bottom, enter your full legal name in the acceptance field.
  4. Click "Accept" to sign the document electronically.

Important

Once accepted, your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and is legally binding. You can download a signed PDF copy at any time from the Documents tab.

5. Payments

The Payments tab lists all payment milestones for your project. Each milestone shows the label, amount, due date, and current status.

How to Upload Payment Proof

  1. Go to the Payments tab in your dashboard.
  2. Find the milestone you are paying for.
  3. Click the upload button next to the milestone.
  4. Select your bank transfer receipt or payment confirmation (image or PDF).
  5. After uploading, the milestone status changes to "Payment Under Review".
  6. Our payment verification team will review your submission and confirm it, typically within 1–2 business days.

Tip

Make sure the receipt clearly shows the transfer amount, date, and reference number. Blurry or cropped images may delay verification.

6. Progress Tracking

The Progress tab shows the current state of your project deliverables. Each deliverable has a status:

Pending — Not started yet.
In Progress — Being worked on by the production team.
Review — Ready for your review and approval.
Approved — You have approved this deliverable.
Revision Requested — You have requested changes.

7. Request an Upgrade

Need to add services, extend your plan, or upgrade your package? Use the Request Upgrade tab to submit a change request. Your sales representative will review it and send you a revised quote.
