Payment Plan Options:
If you are a Sales Rep, the quote goes to your Sales Manager for approval before being sent to the client. Sales Admins can send directly.
5. Quote Approval (SM Flow)
When a Sales Rep submits a quote, the Sales Manager receives a notification. The SM reviews the quote and either approves or rejects it. Once approved, the system sends the quote to the client and creates the deal.
6. Managing Deals
Once a quote is approved and the client signs, a Deal is created. Deals progress through these stages:
7. NDA, MSA & SOW
After a deal is created, you draft three documents for the client:
NDA
Non-Disclosure Agreement. Protect confidential information before project discussions begin.
MSA
Master Service Agreement. The overarching contract governing the working relationship.
SOW
Statement of Work. Defines deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones.
8. Client Signing
After drafting contracts, send the client a signing link. The client receives an email with a secure link to review and electronically accept each document by entering their full legal name. You receive a notification when each document is signed.
9. Change Requests
Clients can request upgrades or add-ons through their portal. These appear in your Change Requests section. Review the request, discuss with the client, and create a revised quote if approved.
10. Commissions & Retention
Commissions are calculated based on verified payment milestones. View your commission dashboard in the Overview → Commissions sub-tab. Retention commissions apply when a client renews or extends their engagement.
See REVORA's Commission Policy for the full breakdown.
11. Notifications
You receive email notifications for: new lead assignments, quote approvals or rejections, client signatures, payment confirmations, and change request submissions. Check your spam folder if emails are not arriving.
